REFUND & EXCHANGE
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please email us at email@example.com if you require a refund or exchange, we will reply and instruct within 24 hours. You will then need to post the item/s back to us. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase to be posted back at the same time.
IF REFUND: We will check the items after we receive it and send you an email to confirm if the refund is approved or rejected. If it is approved your refund will be processed and the credit will go back to your original method of payment.
IF EXCHANGE: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please note that sometimes we will not have all the sizes in stock, should this be the situation, we are happy to refund you or ship again to you when your desired size arrives in stock.
Please note we are not able to refund you the shipping costs and you will need to pay for your return shipping. Please make sure you obtain a proof of postage when you return as we can not be held responsible for any missing items during delivery. Gift Cards and sale items are not refundable.
DELIVERY COST & TIME
We will post out every order received within 2 working days. The exact fee will be shown when you at check out stage.
Please note for certain busy periods during a year, for example Christmas, delivery time will be considerably longer. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org should you have any enquiries about the delivery of your order.
*Express Delivery we will use from a range of major global delivery companies such as DHL, FeDex or UPS.
